At Crispr Learning, we are committed to delivering top-notch educational services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to request a refund. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refund requests will be considered and processed.
Refund Eligibility
Course Fee Refund
- Refund requests for long-term courses (ie., courses of duration 3 months or more) must be made within 7 days from the date of joining the course.
- The joining date is defined as the date when access to the course content is provided.
Registration / Application Fee
- Any fee collected in advance, such as Registration Fee or Application Fee, may be refunded if requested at least 45 days prior to the course / session commencement date, provided you decide not to join the course / session.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Fees paid for Mock Tests, Mentorship, 1-on-1 Sessions, Career Guidance, and similar services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Fee paid for short-term courses (ie., courses of duration upto 3 months, or less) are NOT eligible for refund.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email learn@crisprlearning.com with the subject “Refund Request” including all the necessary details such as – your name, phone number, candidate id, course name, joining date, reason for the request, and any relevant documentation. We will get back to you in less than 48 hours.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within seven (7) business days. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Conditions
- Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Crispr Learning. Except in the cases outlined in the Refund Eligibility policy, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
